Job summary

CBRE is seeking a dynamic Workplace Experience Coordinator in Sydney to deliver exceptional services that enhance the workplace environment. You will coordinate facilities, engage employees, and elevate engagement, wellbeing, and productivity across teams.

Responsibilities include reception, visitor management, vendor coordination, and events support, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and proactive service delivery.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Front desk, concierge or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local area and recreation/business information preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and support for basic and complex Workplace Services.
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely, quality service.
• Assist with meeting coordination, equipment care, and supplies.
• Greet employees and manage visitor registration.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and emergency procedures.
• Organize workplace events and manage attendance feedback.
