Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a proactive Workplace Coordinator for our Sydney office. You will be the primary contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a high-touch, seamless experience across reception, lobby areas, and workspace support.

You will manage vendor relationships, monitor soft services, and conduct floor walks to maintain a welcoming, compliant workplace aligned with SLAs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate reception, hospitality, or premium customer service.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Condeco visitor management system is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and guests, addressing inquiries and feedback.
• Manage lobby operations and visitor systems to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Oversee soft services and coordinate with vendors to meet SLAs.
• Conduct daily floor walks to monitor service delivery and space readiness.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and local laws.
