ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is recruiting an Executive Concierge in North Sydney. This full-time role covers either the 8am–4pm or 10am–6pm shift, Monday to Friday, delivering outstanding workplace experiences for employees, clients and visitors.

You will welcome guests, manage client spaces and events, coordinate meetings, and support daily operations with strong communication and IT skills. A professional presentation, multitasking ability and a police check are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or customer service delivering exceptional experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking, time management and organisational abilities.
• Professional presentation and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, solution-focused team player.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Clear police check (within the last 3 months) and meeting compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Act as the primary contact for client-facing workspaces and internal events.
• Ensure meeting rooms are reset, stocked, and equipment issues resolved promptly.
• Maintain corporate spaces as a showcase for visitors.
• Support client events, activations, and online community engagement.
• Monitor and manage relevant mailboxes and administrative processes.
• Drive sustainability and cost-conscious decisions in daily operations.
