• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalised product advice and consultative sales solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide customers from enquiry through to purchase.
• Demonstrate Miele products and features to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining premium service standards.
• Maintain high presentation standards across the Experience Centre and displays.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and support store operations.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
