This role goes beyond traditional retail, focusing on lasting customer relationships and memorable experiences. You will deliver personalised product recommendations, build relationships from enquiry to purchase, demonstrate features, and help customers decide on products

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalised product advice and consultative sales solutions
• Build strong customer relationships and guide customers through the entire sales journey, from enquiry through to purchase
• Demonstrate Miele products and their features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining Miele's premium customer service standards
• Maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the Experience Centre, ensuring products and displays are showcased at their best
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and support store operations
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training and development
