Miele Melbourne is seeking a Casual Experience Centre Sales Consultant to guide customers through their purchasing journey, offering expert product advice and showcasing the quality and performance that define the Miele brand.

You will build lasting relationships, drive sales, and maintain premium standards of presentation in a premium retail environment. This casual role supports store operations and ongoing product knowledge development.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalised product advice and consultative sales solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide customers through the entire sales journey, from enquiry through to purchase.
• Demonstrate Miele products and their features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining Miele's premium customer service standards.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the Experience Centre, ensuring products and displays are showcased at their best.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and support store operations.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
