Job summary

Bank of Sydney Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager – Premium Banking to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships with high-value clients. You will attract new business, deepen existing relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions while ensuring exceptional service standards.

Reporting to the Head of Premium Banking, you’ll work with internal teams to meet client goals and maintain a premium client experience.

Qualifications

Proven relationship management experience in premium retail banking or similar role.
Strong business development mindset with ability to generate leads.
Experience building referral networks with third-party referrers and partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
Proactive, self-motivated, target-driven approach to achieve results.
Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business by identifying opportunities and building strategic relationships with referrers and partners.
Grow and manage a portfolio of premium banking clients, focusing on acquisition, retention and growth.
Build trusted, long-term relationships as the primary contact for clients, understanding evolving needs.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored banking solutions to deepen relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and superior customer experience.
