Job summary

Ultimate Performance Sydney is seeking a Client Relations Manager to drive new business and nurture premium client partnerships. You’ll own the sales journey from enquiry to onboarding, manage a healthy pipeline and convert prospects into clients.

This full‑time role combines commercial drive with genuine client care, requires strong relationship skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional service while achieving clear targets and contributing to the Sydney gym’s growth.

Qualifications

• Sales journey from enquiry through consultation, conversion and onboarding.
• Manage pipeline, follow up opportunities and use performance data to improve results.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and partners to generate referrals for Sydney.
• Meet commercial targets and demonstrate consultative sales ability.
• Build trust, understand client needs and convert enquiries into clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry to onboarding.
• Maintain and advance a sales pipeline with proactive follow-ups.
• Develop partnerships with local employers and service providers for referrals.
• Deliver a premium client experience and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with trainers and Gym Manager to support client handovers.
