Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is required.
• At least 2 years in banking, microfinance, or related field with SME, commercial, and high-profile clients.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct sale and contribute to development of product and marketing strategies for corporate and premium banking to support growth.
• Provide support to RM, Premier Banking on strategy and selling tactics to meet targets.
• Monitor and evaluate Assistant to RM, Premier Banking under supervision for efficiency.
• Build market network and approach potential clients, including key individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
• Schedule appointments and deliver sales presentations to promote banking services.
• Manage relationships with existing customers to maximize cross-selling of financial products.
• Stay up-to-date with AMK's marketing activities, products, services, and market proposition.
