CommBank is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of high net worth customers. You will own the relationship end to end, from initial contact to delivering holistic banking solutions across lending, deposits and advisory services.

You will build trusted relationships, conduct financial health checks and collaborate with specialists to meet complex needs. The role supports flexible, hybrid working arrangements across Australia’s premier banking network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex mortgage lending.
• Experience building and managing long-term customer relationships in banking or financial services.
• Experience across a diversified range of products beyond lending.
• Commercial capability identifying opportunities to grow and deepen relationships.
• Strong customer mindset with high-quality, personalised service.
• Ability to take ownership, work autonomously and see customer needs through to completion.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build productive relationships with partners.
• Curiosity to understand underlying customer needs and future requirements.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, portfolio-based environment.
