Job summary

Enrich HR represents a multi-award winning, Australian owned project home builder in Oran Park, NSW. The Pre-Construction Customer Service Officer will manage client relationships and coordinate documentation through the pre-construction phase to move projects toward construction.

You will support the sales team, handle inquiries, prepare contracts and consent documentation, and liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience with a home builder during pre-construction.
• Experience supporting sales administration is highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational, coordination and prioritisation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, consultants, councils and authorities to identify issues, changes or updates during the build.
• Manage client folders, contracts and documentation for the pre-construction phase.
• Prepare and lodge CDC/ DA/ CC/OC with Authorities/Certifiers.
• Order reports and lodge applications (soil tests, HOW, waterboard, engineers, driveways).
• Prepare HIA contracts, tender documents, preliminary agreements and consents.
• Book walk-through and handover appointments.
• Support Director on large volume projects and manage administrative workflows.
• Assist sales team with quotes, client files, HIA contracts and follow-up.
