AMT BUILD PTY LTD on the Gold Coast is seeking a Client Relations Administrator to join our residential construction team. You will be the friendly, organised point of contact for clients, keeping them informed through every stage of their build.

The role focuses on people, service, and coordination with Site Supervisors, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and accurate records in Onsite Companion.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential construction, construction administration or new-home customer service is highly regarded.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning different computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Managing client enquiries by phone and email.
• Being a key point of contact for clients throughout construction.
• Providing regular construction updates to clients and sellers.
• Liaising with Site Supervisors to obtain progress information.
• Following up and collecting required certificates throughout the build.
• Coordinating Practical Completion/PCI appointments with clients and Site Supervisors.
• Coordinating Handover appointments.
• Preparing Handover Packs and relevant documentation.
• Maintaining accurate client correspondence, job notes and records in Onsite Companion.
• Following up outstanding client-related items.
• Escalating technical, contractual or pricing matters to the appropriate team member.
