Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment – Oran Park NSW is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the South West Sydney region (Oran Park). You will report to a Sales Manager and work with a capable head office team to deliver a 5-star client experience throughout the sales process.

You will identify customer needs, assess feasibility, generate and follow up leads, and build strong relationships with clients and referral partners. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• A strong track record in new home sales (experience is a MUST).
• Thorough understanding of current residential market trends.

About the Role

Leading, volume builder is currently experiencing growth in various BRAND NEW sales centres in the South West Sydney regions (Oran Park). Due to this, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team.

Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager and backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, you will be well versed in the consulting with clients and providing a 5 star experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
• Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for
• Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
• Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry

About You

Whilst you must be available to work Saturday & Sunday, the ideal candidate will also be a driven, sales hunter who is also comfortable in making house call appointments with your valued clients and managing relationships across the sales process. You will love working out how you can bring your clients project to life, with no project too difficult.

• A strong track record in new home sales, experience is aMUST
• Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
• Sound knowledge of H&L, KDR & duplex
• Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
• Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
• Ability to build great relationships
• Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
• Ability to work weekends

Remuneration & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $70k + super + competitive commission structure. OTE $350K+++
