Qualifications

• Budgeting, invoicing, Medicare/private billing processes, and basic financial reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy requirements, and QA in a GP setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to build relationships.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and standard office applications.
• Ability to analyse processes, interpret data and implement improvements.
• Qualification in health administration or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Prior GP clinic or Australian healthcare environment experience preferred.
• On-site, Perth, WA with strong organisational skills.

• Proficiency in medical practice management software and standard office applications (e.g., EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Office).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, interpret data, and implement improvements to enhance patient service and efficiency.
• Relevant qualification in health administration, business management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Prior experience in a GP clinic or healthcare environment in Australia is highly desirable.
