Jupiter Health and Medical Services is seeking an on-site Practice Manager for a busy GP clinic in Perth, WA. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate with clinicians, and support budgeting and privacy compliance to ensure efficient patient care.

The role requires strong organisational skills, leadership in change initiatives, and collaboration with external providers, suppliers, and teams to sustain service quality and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a clinic or practice, supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.
• Scheduling, rostering and resource allocation to maintain patient flow and clinician productivity.
• Budgeting, invoicing, Medicare/private billing processes, and basic financial reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy requirements, and QA in a GP setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to build relationships.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and standard office applications.
• Ability to analyse processes, interpret data and implement improvements.
• Qualification in health administration or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Prior GP clinic or Australian healthcare environment experience preferred.
• On-site, Perth, WA with strong organisational skills.
