Job summary

Smile Partners Australia is seeking a commercially driven leader to oversee two orthodontic practices in the Sydney region, with Maroubra as the primary location and Kincumber as a secondary site. You will lead operations, build a high-performing team, and focus on patient experience, revenue growth, cost management, and efficiency.

You will partner with the Orthodontist and Smile Partners leadership to implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and coach a growing network of professionals

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple sites and teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, targets, metrics.
• Identify performance opportunities and solve problems.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders and driving change.
• No orthodontic experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two practices (Maroubra primary).

Lead the performance, culture, and patient experience of a premium orthodontic practice, balancing exceptional patient care with strong commercial outcomes.

We’re seeking a commercially driven leader to spearhead performance, inspire and develop a high-performing team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the practice’s continued success. What you’ll be responsible for

Oversee the day-to-day operations of two practices in Maroubra and Kincumber, with Maroubra as your primary location.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team culture that drives accountability, engagement, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Take ownership of practice performance, with support from your Regional Manager, focusing on revenue growth, cost management, and operational efficiency.

Partner with the Orthodontist to lead daily practice operations, ensuring seamless workflows and an outstanding patient experience.

Collaborate with Smile Partners leadership to implement strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and optimise practice performance.

Take local ownership of the patient journey, driving effective lead management, conversion, and patient satisfaction.

Lead people and performance management, including rostering, team development, coaching, and engagement.

Ensure compliance requirements and clinical standards are consistently upheld across both locations.
