Smile Partners in Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead seven orthodontic practices across South Australia. You will partner with practice leaders and clinicians to drive operational excellence, commercial performance, and a positive culture across the network.

This role offers scope to shape strategy, coach managers, manage budgets and oversee non-clinical operations while enabling clinicians to focus on patient care.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Manager to lead a network of seven orthodontic practices across South Australia. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with practice leaders and clinicians to drive operational excellence, commercial performance and team engagement across the region.

About the Role

• Implement Smile Partners' strategic objectives to drive sustainable growth and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to Practice Managers across your portfolio of practices.
• Oversee all non-clinical operations, ensuring practices run efficiently and effectively while enabling clinicians to focus on patient care.
• Partner with practice teams to improve operational performance, patient experience, and team engagement.
• Drive commercial outcomes through effective financial management, budget oversight, and business planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth.
• Act as the key liaison between practices and Smile Partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the network.
• Support compliance, policy implementation, and best-practice operational standards across all locations.
• Build strong and trusted relationships with Orthodontists, Practice Managers, and internal stakeholders.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a senior multi-site leadership role, such as General Manager, Regional Manager or similar.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving business performance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for operational excellence.
• Experience within healthcare, dental, specialist medical, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site service-based environments will be highly regarded.
• Adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating within a growing and evolving business.
