We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our established Morisset dental centre. With 5 chairs, loyal dentists and a long-term team, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader, or a Senior Dental Assistant or Assistant Practice Manager ready to step up. You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Morisset centre, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both patients and your team.

You’ll:

• Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time
• Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation
• Support dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental care
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth

• Experience in dental or healthcare operations - as a Practice Manager, Senior DA, or team leader
• Confidence managing the daily operations of a busy centre
