You will provide exceptional customer service while managing appointments, patient enquiries, scheduling, and front desk administration. Working closely with patients, orthodontists, referrers, and the wider team, you will help create a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily appointment books efficiently.
Welcome patients and ensure a positive experience at every visit.
Liaise with referring dentists and other healthcare professionals.
Arrange payments and payment plans while clearly communicating financial information.
Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth day-to-day practice operations.
Communicate effective with patients, clinicians, and team members in a collaborative environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable manner.
Previous experience in dental, medical, sales, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Confidence using computer systems and performing administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and record management.
