Job summary

Nova Dental Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Multi-Site Practice Manager to lead and support multiple clinics across Queensland. This hands-on leadership role combines commercial focus with people development to drive performance and patient experience.

You’ll manage relationships with clinicians and shareholders, coach teams on sales and KPIs, and implement new initiatives with senior leadership. Based on the Gold Coast with regular travel.

The Role

We’re looking for a Multi-Site Practice Manager to join our Queensland team, based on the Gold Coast, supporting and leading multiple clinics across the state.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong commercial and sales focus. You’ll work closely with Assistant Managers, practitioners, teams and shareholders to improve practice performance, develop people and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Our business model is unique, so there isn’t always a playbook to follow. We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box, pivot when needed and find creative, practical solutions.
