Working closely with the Clinic Director, you will play an important role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Clinic Director with business administration and operational planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong leadership skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

  • Experience with Cliniko or similar practice management software is highly regarded.

  • Familiarity with Medicare, private health insurance, WorkCover, TAC and NDIS processes is desirable.

  • Good understanding of billing, invoicing, administrative compliance and patient confidentiality.

  • A willingness to be hands‑on and assist wherever needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.

  • The opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth of a specialised allied health practice.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a reliable, resourceful and solution‑focused all‑rounder who enjoys taking ownership and keeping things running smoothly.

You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you should be confident, adaptable, organised and willing to learn.

If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, improving systems and making a positive difference in a busy healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you.

Join the PhysioTime team and become an integral part of our growing practice.
