Job summary

Essential Health Physiotherapy is seeking a passionate Practice Manager to lead our growing multi-clinic team. You will partner with the owner daily to elevate patient care, streamline payroll, rostering, and administration, and drive business performance.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our team culture, supporting professional development, and ensuring exceptional service across three Brisbane clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare, DVA, Private Health, WorkCover and NDIS preferred.
• Strong leadership and change management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple clinics to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor KPIs and business metrics to keep clinics healthy and growing.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Essential Health Physiotherapy has clinics across Brisbane and is growing fast. We are looking for our next Practice Manager to help us build on our already established multi-clinic healthcare business. You will work alongside the owner day-to-day to lead and inspire change through team culture and ensure all patients receive first-class care.

This role includes improving and innovating our business systems to effect productive change for our amazing team and high-demand services. We are looking for a passionate Practice Manager to be the gatekeeper of our already amazing team dynamic & culture.

You will work closely with the admin team to understand their daily routine

Learn & understand our fee structure & product options

Understand our payroll, accounting, rostering, marketing, communication processes, patient management and scheduling systems

Receive personalised support from our owner to help you better understand the role and responsibilities

Regular meetings & discussions with our owner, clinical lead and admin coordinator

As you become more established in the role :

You will take ownership of projects to effect change & help improve clinic operations

Execute changes to optimise existing systems, processes and policies

Innovate and map out new systems to improve admin & delivery workflow across the whole organisation

Bring new ideas to enhance our client journey and how people experience Essential Health Physiotherapy

Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new awesome team members to make sure we are consistent in attracting top talent

Prioritise and delegate to effectively run multiple successful clinics at once

About you:

You are respectful of our clients, team members and the flow of the day by arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time

Experience with Medicare, DVA, Private Health, WorkCover and NDIS is preferred.
