Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a Power Generation Accounts professional to manage and grow relationships within major power generation accounts across NSW, QLD and WA. Based in Berkeley Vale, Sydney, or Singleton, you will work with engineering and operations teams to provide technical support, coordinate quotations and drive account penetration.

The role is account-management focused with a salary of AUD 120k-130k plus super, uncapped commissions, and a car allowance, including interstate travel to

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, account management, or business development.
• Exposure to power generation, industrial maintenance, energy, utilities, steam systems, valves, pumps or rotating equipment.
• Ability to engage confidently with operational, engineering and maintenance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships across key power generation accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Identify opportunities to expand product penetration within existing accounts.
• Liaise with international suppliers and manufacturing partners in Germany and the UK.
• Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong customer engagement.
• Support the introduction of new products and solutions into existing accounts.
• Monitor market activity, customer requirements, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
