Job summary

Hilti Australia is seeking an Account Manager in the Energy & Power division to build strong customer partnerships across NSW. You’ll manage a portfolio, drive new business, and influence long sales cycles with consultative selling.

You'll work independently in the field, using Salesforce to track opportunities, and you’ll receive a company car, competitive base salary with uncapped bonus, and ample leave and development opportunities within a global leader in construction innovation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a proactive customer facing sales role.
• Business development mindset and experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Ability to collaborate with specialist teams to provide customers with the full range of solutions.
• Construction or Energy industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience managing longer complex sales cycles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships – Spend time in the field meeting customers daily, identifying business opportunities and creating value through strong, long-term and profitable relationships.
• Time & Territory Management – Plan and manage your daily schedule across jobsites and client offices to maximise customer engagement, territory potential and sales productivity.
• Be a Hilti Champion – Develop strong technical and product knowledge to deliver high-quality customer consultations while representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
• Accountability to drive pipeline – Utilise Salesforce to manage opportunities, record customer interactions, and track sales activity, bringing transparency to the wider business, and have accurate reporting being a key part of the role.
