Job summary

PowerGen Australia by Pramac in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Service Sales Specialist to grow its service and maintenance division across NSW. You will focus on converting relationships into maintenance work, upselling repairs, and expanding accounts with healthcare facilities, data centres, and commercial buildings.

The role requires generator knowledge, a proactive field approach, and the ability to travel across NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience selling service contracts or maintenance in a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of diesel and/or gas generators and their service needs.
• Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships with facilities managers.
• Willingness to travel across NSW with a proactive, boots-on-the-ground approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target generator sites across NSW, including aged care facilities and health care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, managing maintenance schedules and satisfaction.
• Assess generator performance and provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades or services.
• Renew and renegotiate annual maintenance contracts and identify new opportunities.
• Upsell repair and upgrade work based on technician reports and site findings.
• Develop relationships with facility management companies and key decision makers to drive new business.
• Win new service and maintenance contracts with tailored proposals and tenders.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes.
