Secret Atlas is seeking a Polar Travel Specialist to guide guests from inquiry to return, owning each journey with highly tailored service. The role suits someone who loves polar regions, small-group exploration, and building lasting client relationships, both in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities span inbound and business development sales, designing private charters, and maintaining top-quality travel information while meeting ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in any other language is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Combine B2C sales (inbound reservations) and B2B sales (business development / key account management).
• Design and deliver tailor-made travel experiences (private charters).
• Handle each sales enquiry with care to maximise opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and accurate information.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the guest journey.
• Build strong relationships with clients and travel agents, in person or remotely.
• Strive to exceed client expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Be flexible and proactive to support a fast-evolving business.
• Demonstrated success in a similar role and a strong industry network.
• Excellent time management and quick, empathetic thinking.
• Willingness to travel; this is not a 9-5 job.
