Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Adeventure Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to design custom travel itineraries and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will engage clients via email, chat, and phone, guiding them from inspiration to reservation with empathy and expertise.

As a Remote Adeventure Travel Planner (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation - whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Book seamless journeys via email, chat, and phone - transforming inquiries into confirmed trips with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Resolve issues quickly, turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming
• Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for future bookings
• Optimize response times, minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores
• Nurture post-booking relationships, ensuring clients feel supported before, during, and after every trip
• Deliver high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and a genuine smile
