Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Project Manager – Prefabrication & Integration PMO to join the ANZ Electrical Sector. The role supports multiple locations across Australia and New Zealand, prioritising safety and value delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality requirements meet targets across complex prefabricated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Proj. Management.
• Five years PM experience in electrical/construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution & controls.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders & budgets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prefabricated and integrated projects per PMO model.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex assemblies (switchrooms, enclosures, substations).
• Own client and stakeholder relationships through project lifecycle.
• Lead and develop Project Engineers and Coordinators.
• Coordinate internal and external teams including vendors and fabricators.
• Manage baseline schedules and provide two-week status reports.
