Eaton is seeking a Project Manager – Prefabrication & Integration PMO to join the ANZ Electrical Sector. The role may be based at various locations across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on delivering complex prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams through design, fabrication, testing, logistics and site delivery, ensuring safety and quality while protecting project margins.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• At least five years of project management experience in electrical or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering, including power distribution and control systems.
• Experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects with schedules, budgets and quality requirements.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP and PM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of prefabricated and integrated electrical solutions.
• Lead projects from handover to final acceptance, coordinating design, fabrication, testing, logistics, and site delivery.
• Manage project teams and external partners to control delivery risk and margins.
• Maintain baseline schedules and provide status updates biweekly.
• Review designs early to resolve clashes before fabrication.
• Manage change requests, variations and cost impacts across contracts.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards across locations.
