Linkforce is recruiting a Planning & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Perth CBD Head Office. You’ll manage end-to-end mobilisation, coordinating people, schedules and logistics to help deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Based in a fast-paced environment with an 8:6 roster (Wed–Wed) and hybrid work options, the role offers training and clear progression within a values-driven culture. If you thrive on organisation and problem-solving, apply now.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced roles requiring organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong IT literacy, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Confident making and receiving calls.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Buoyancy and resilience — staying positive and composed under pressure.
• Previous experience in mobilisation, planning, or the mining industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, update & maintain job builds in our bespoke planning system.
• Coordinate and book flights, travel and accommodation.
• Allocate personnel to create efficient schedules aligned with KPI targets.
• Ensure training, qualifications and inductions meet company, client and site requirements.
