Job summary

Agrifutures seeks an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our mobilisation team in Perth, coordinating workforce mobilisation for site-based personnel on WA mining projects. You will ensure compliance, onboarding, and smooth mobilisation to meet operational needs.

Reporting to the Mobilisation Manager, you will manage priorities, deliver a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate records while liaising with candidates, operations teams, and clients across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Previous mobilisation experience within mining, resources, labour hire, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of major client onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Experience using systems such as Pegasus, Rio Tinto platforms, MOL, and/or Fortescue (FMG) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation activities for site-based personnel.
• Manage site entry requirements, onboarding, and compliance processes.
• Arrange and track medicals, training, inductions, and documentation.
• Liaise with candidates, operations teams, and clients to ensure personnel are site-ready.
• Monitor mobilisation progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Support urgent workforce requirements and short-notice mobilisations.
• Maintain accurate records across mobilisation and client systems.
