Based at Jandakot with hybrid work options, the role offers 3–5 days per week flexibility and the chance to contribute to workforce readiness across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Training/Competency Administration or similar role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, or industrial services is highly regarded.
• Understanding of training compliance and workforce development processes.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and booking of internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training and competency records ensuring certifications remain current.
• Support development and implementation of workforce training plans.
• Monitor compliance requirements and renewals.
• Liaise with RTOs, training providers and subject matter experts.
• Coordinate online training and track completion.
• Maintain training databases and competency matrices.
• Ensure activities align with legislative, client and company requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce Planning to support resource readiness.
• Build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
