Job summary

Michael Page Australia is partnering with a leading Australian services provider to fill a Mobilisation Officer role in Hope Valley, WA. The position offers immediate start, a temp-to-perm pathway and hybrid flexibility across sites.

You will manage end-to-end mobilisation, coordinate compliance, onboarding and travel logistics while liaising with recruitment, operations and site teams. Proficiency with Pegasus, MyPass, Enable or Avetta and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous mobilisation experience within mining, resources or construction environments.
• Experience managing high-volume mobilisation across shutdowns, maintenance or project work.
• Strong understanding of workforce compliance and mobilisation requirements.
• Hands-on with client portals such as Pegasus, MyPass, Enable or Avetta.
• Proficient in Excel and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mobilisation for personnel across shutdown, maintenance and project works.
• Coordinate workforce compliance and ensure site requirements are met prior to mobilisation.
• Process onboarding, site access and client portal requirements.
• Book and manage flights, accommodation and travel logistics.
• Liaise with recruitment, operations and site stakeholders to ensure timely mobilisation.
• Maintain mobilisation records, workforce data and reporting.
• Support resource planning and monitor workforce movements across projects.
• Respond to mobilisation queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide support to the mobilisation team during peak periods.
