Job summary

Activate Physiotherapy. Exercise Rehab in Annandale NSW is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our Customer Care Team.

You will manage patient reception, bookings, invoicing and payments, helping keep our studio and clinic running smoothly. The role requires experience with medical booking systems (PracSuite preferred) or similar, strong communication, punctuality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience using the PracSuite customer booking system, or experience with another Medical Customer Booking System.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• Can multitask and work calmly under pressure.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in an allied health or medical environment — highly desirable.
• Some social media and/or newsletter experience — desirable.
