Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a People Services Specialist in Adelaide to support the full employee lifecycle, deliver high-quality HR service, and provide first-level HR advice. The role sits in a national People Operations team focusing on process improvements, SAP SuccessFactors utilisation, and a best-in-class employee experience.

You will coordinate onboarding, maintain worker data, handle contracts and documentation, and assist with visa processes while collaborating with internal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Administration, People Services, Shared Services or similar.
• Diploma or higher in Human Resources preferred.
• Experience using HR Information Systems and maintaining employee records.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and leaders with day-to-day HR enquiries.
• Prepare employment contracts, variations, letters and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee data and support HR systems usage (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
• Assist with visa and immigration processes.
• Coordinate HR reports, invoices and administration.
• Assist with performance and talent management administration.
• Support employee wellbeing initiatives and EAP programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline people processes and enable self-service.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
