Job summary

Nurse Next Door Maitland is seeking a People Experience Coordinator to enhance the employee experience and keep staffing operations running smoothly. You will support our nurses and caregivers, ensuring they feel valued, connected and empowered to deliver exceptional care.

You will manage the recruitment and onboarding journey, schedule interviews, and coordinate our Discovery Day while maintaining accurate employee records for payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and human resources or people-focused roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proactive, empathetic and well-organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for new team members, including job listings and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, Discovery Day and welcome activities.
• Be the primary point of contact for the team and answer daily inquiries.
• Maintain HR admin tasks and up-to-date employee records for payroll and compliance.
• Support employee recognition programs and assist with sensitive workplace matters.
