Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, recruitment or related role.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience using HRIS, recruitment, workforce and employee management systems (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication with stakeholders.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks and offers.
• Manage onboarding and orientation to meet pre-employment, compliance and induction requirements.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and employees, providing professional support throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including six-week check-ins, performance appraisals and feedback surveys.
