Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and people systems (e.g., Human Force).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and onboarding to support new starters.
• Manage staff rosters and respond to shift and leave queries with Payroll.
• Assist onsite Educator with learning activities and attendance records.
• Maintain accurate staff records and compliance checks.
