Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a People and Systems Analyst to partner with Total Rewards and the wider People function. You will support compensation analytics, pay equity modeling, and deliver analytics across the function, while designing AI-powered workflows and automations to improve efficiency.

You will manage HRIS/configuration, data pipelines, and integrations, and document architecture while maintaining a backlog of opportunities for automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, people data, or business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and self-serve analytics tools for the People function and business leaders.
• Design and build automations for high-volume processes across People Operations and Compliance.
• Own People Systems configuration, data pipelines, and downstream integrations for the People team.
• Document systems architecture and maintain a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities.
