Job summary

Culture Amp is looking for a People and Systems Analyst to join the People Systems and Analytics function. You will partner with Total Rewards and the wider People team, supporting compensation analytics and building AI-powered workflows.

You will design and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and self-serve analytics for leaders, while owning system configurations and data pipelines. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, people data, or business analytics.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ideally BambooHR.
• Strong data querying and modeling with SQL and BI tools.
• Experience building AI-powered automations and no-code workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and self-serve analytics tools for the People function and business leaders.
• Support compensation analytics and other People function activities (salary band modeling, pay equity, cycles, reporting).
• Design and build automations for high-volume processes across People Operations and Compliance.
• Own People Systems configuration, data pipelines, and downstream integrations for the People team.
• Document systems architecture and maintain a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities.
