Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a People and Systems Analyst to partner with Total Rewards and the broader People function. You will analyze HR data, configure BambooHR, and build AI-powered automations to improve efficiency.

Report to the Manager, People Systems and Intelligence, and drive analytics across compensation, performance, and engagement. You will design data pipelines, own system configurations, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating with business leaders in a hybrid Sydney-based

Qualifications

Experience in HR analytics with a focus on people data.
Proficiency configuring HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills for analytics delivery.
Ability to map and improve HR and people processes.
Experience designing AI-enabled automations is a plus.
Excellent documentation and knowledge sharing habits.
Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and self-serve analytics tools for the People function and business leaders.
Support compensation bands, pay equity analysis, and cycles, plus compliance reporting.
Design automations for high-volume processes across People Operations and Compliance.
Own People Systems configuration, data pipelines, and downstream integrations.
Document systems architecture and maintain a backlog of automation opportunities.
