Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a People Systems Analyst to act as the analytical backbone of the People Systems and Analytics function. You will support compensation analytics, modeling for Total Rewards, and deliver people analytics across the function.

You will design and build AI-powered workflows, own HRIS configurations, data pipelines, and downstream integrations for the People team, while documenting systems architecture and prioritizing automation opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in HR, people data, or business analytics.
Strong data querying and modeling with SQL and BI tools.
Clear systems thinking and process mapping skills.
Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks.
Excellent documentation practices to share work clearly.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and self-serve analytics for the People function and leaders.
Support compensation analytics, pay equity, and annual cycles.
Design and build automations for high-volume People Operations processes.
Own People Systems configuration, data pipelines, and integrations.
Document system architecture and maintain a backlog of automation opportunities.
