Zusammenfassung

Barwon Health in Victoria is seeking a Patient Liaison Administrator (Grade 1) to deliver outstanding customer service to patients, families and stakeholders while supporting private patient revenue management.

You will obtain documentation for billing, ensure accurate and timely inpatient billing, and work with Specialist Consultants, Private Health Insurers, and internal teams to provide a seamless patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service and engaging professionally with diverse patients and families.
• Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and professional telephone manner.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with problem-solving abilities and effective teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Deliver compassionate customer service to patients, families and carers through admission, billing and private patient election processes.
• Maintain accurate inpatient billing documentation, patient classification, revenue integrity and policy compliance.
• Build relationships with patients, clinicians, insurers and staff to support private patient services and discharge planning.
