Responsibilities

• Assess patient admissions to determine financial classification in NSW Health.
• Interview patients and explain classifications, private health insurance, and costs.
• Manage admission documents, fund checks, claims, and iPM updates.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and the PLO team.
• Support revenue maximisation and compliant processes.
• Respond to inquiries and promote NSW Health services.
