JLL is seeking a part-time Workplace and Lobby Concierge in Sydney to welcome guests, manage lobby operations and support Westpac’s office experience. The role requires a friendly, service-driven mindset with hospitality skills and ability to coordinate bookings and passes.

You will collaborate with service partners and vendors, maintain lobby standards, and help deliver an elevated workplace experience. English fluency and basic IT tool knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, security, or hospitality experience.
• Fluency in English and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic IT tools.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and employees professionally; manage visitor bookings and lobby traffic.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and feedback; respond promptly.
• Conduct floor walkthroughs to ensure workspace is stocked and maintained.
• Issue and reconcile guest/employee passes; liaise with security.
• Manage conference room bookings and client events support.
• Maintain reception areas to brand standards; manage signage and supplies.
• Collaborate with vendors to deliver services aligned with SLAs.
• Create work orders for maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
• Identify and elevate risks to prevent incidents.
