Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Workplace and Lobby Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Sydney offices. The role combines hospitality skills with proactive communication to support Westpac’s operations and maintain a high-touch service environment.

You will welcome guests, manage lobby flow, assist employees, and coordinate with partners to ensure seamless service delivery. A 1–2 year background in service roles is ideal, with strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, security, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Fluent English with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and employees professionally.
• Manage visitor bookings and lobby traffic.
• Respond to employee inquiries with timely assistance.
• Maintain reception, lobby areas to brand standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to deliver services per SLAs.
• Create work orders for maintenance and safety.
• Identify risks to prevent security incidents.
• Support data collection and continuous improvement.
