Job summary

JLL is seeking a Client Suites Concierge in Sydney to deliver premium, tailored experiences in client meeting spaces. You will welcome clients and staff warmly, anticipate needs, and ensure a seamless, professional environment that supports productive meetings and positive outcomes.

You will collaborate with facilities teams, manage visitor bookings, and assist with presentation tech, catering, and wayfinding to uphold our high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular floor walks to identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
• Follow up with staff or guests to ensure issues are resolved and exceed expectations.
• Coordinate with client teams to prepare for meetings and ensure resources are available.
• Manage the client suites environment, maintaining cleanliness, organization and brand consistency.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance with technology and presentation equipment in meeting rooms.
• Manage visitor bookings and assist with turnstiles during peak periods.
