• Experience in Retail Shop sales & Administration roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Xero, and Servicem8.
• Excellent administration, data entry, and data maintenance skills.
• Strong customer service skills face to face and over the phone.
• High level of integrity and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Daily office and retail shop operations.
• Upgrade and upkeep quoting software; price checks.
• Accounts payable and receivable.
• Answering customer queries and processing orders.
• Maintaining stock and shop presentation.
• Water analysis and interpretation for customers.
• Supporting field technicians and scheduling.
• Other ad hoc tasks as required.
