Job summary

Davison Pool & Spa in Salamander Bay, NSW is seeking an experienced Office & Retail Administrator to join their family‑owned team. You will handle daily retail and back‑office tasks, manage stock, process orders, and support technicians on site.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero, and Servicem8 is essential, along with strong customer service and data entry skills. A friendly, proactive approach is valued.

Job description

Poolside Davison Pool & Spa is a successful independent family owned business located in Salamander Bay, NSW. We specialize in both pool shop retail and mobile pool maintenance and repairs.
This diverse role incorporates our retail shop & back of house Administration.

Role responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Daily business of the office and the retail area,some heavy lifting required
• Upgrade and upkeep of our quoting software including price checking and availability
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Answering customer queries and processing customer orders
• Maintaining the pool shop including stock management, merchandise presentations and shop cleanliness
• Conducting water analysis and interpretation to the customer
• Supporting field technicians and assisting with scheduling
• Other Ad hoc tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Retail Shop sales & Administration roles
• Excellent skills and proficiency in computer operations & business systems including;
• Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting packages including Xero, booking management systems including servicem8
• Excellent administration, data entry, data maintenance skills with an eye for detail
• Previous experience in Xero accounting software
• Strong customer service skills both face to face and telephone
• Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
• A bright, friendly, professional personality & presentation with proactive attitude
• A keen sense of initiative and demonstrated leadership skills & experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• High levels of integrity and professionalism aligned with our value

What We Offer:

Flexible working days and hours 24 - 28 hours per week.

Must be available for Saturday - Penalty Rates apply.
