Job summary

Platinum Pool Centre on the Gold Coast seeks a proactive Service Administrator to keep operations running smoothly. You will schedule service jobs, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Based at our Currumbin pool shop, you’ll support inventory, data entry and customer service, with a focus on detail and ownership of tasks. Australian work authorisation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of administration experience.
• Strong invoicing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience booking and scheduling jobs and managing priorities.
• Proficiency with Tradify, MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Professional, friendly phone manner and solid data entry skills.
• Understanding of inventory management and stock control is valued.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate jobs for service and repair teams.
• Invoicing and accounts receivable, including debt collection follow-up.
• Answer customer phone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain paperwork, data entry and service/customer records.
• Inventory management and general administration duties.
• Assist with retail customer service in-store.
